Still not arrived

Ordered ten 10 days ago. Have had a generic email about delays due to shipping costs. Have replied twice to ask when the product might arrive as I have a puppy arriving on Tuesday. I need to cancel and get a refund if it won't be here in time and buy something else. Expensive products so don't expect such a delay.and poor customer service.

Very good and kind service.

Please let a breakdown mechanic called Ross, who helped me on the A1 near Old Craighall, Musselburgh, know that I am very grateful for his help tonight .My tyre blew on a pothole on my way home from work. After a few stressful covid 19 days, the blow out was the final nail on the coffin and I burst into tears when he phoned to say he was coming to help me. Due to the precarious positioning of my car, we could not speak much, so I am not sure his surname, but he was kind and efficient and brave when drivers were going past him at plus 70 miles an hour. Thank you Ross. You were a star. 👍👍👍
