This company is a total scam !! They send you a tracking number that is not attached to anything but a non existing package that never leave …… it has been so long - email now is never answered - AVOID !!!!!
Review of RYSE
Although it seems to be a good product, the specs should mention that it only works for quit light roller blades system - I installed the Ryze on sun block roller 95” wide and 98” long and it could not function : the mechanic was not strong enough to pull the chain and the whole system was jumping out of the cradle anyway due to the weight to pull . Again this should be mention - Be aware before buying
Review of Superdry US
the US website has changed in the sense that all sizes seems to be UK sizes and not US sizes. When I received my last on-l;one order ALL items were send in U\K size i.e.e two size smaller than the equivalent US. I strongly suggest to have a size chart that clearly state the sizing country and give the equivalent for each countries. Now and although Super Dry made the confusion/mistake I had to pay for the return and have to wait for exchange although the order if for my sister who will visit in 5 days and has no SuperDry in her country of residence....Unfair and not very professional.
