I ordered a toilet pan on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday. The main road to house was closed by the police on Saturday after an accident, but the drivers found an alternative route. This is a model of good service

I order a new pan on Friday and paid for express delivery described as 1-4 days. It's the following Thursday now and I'm still waiting. No-one seems to answer their phone and they say they will reply to emails in 2-3 days- but there had been no reply to my email even in that timeframe. It's just dreadful customer service.
I thought I would update my experience. After the post above I cancelled my order and thought that I was going to have a difficult time getting a refund, but it was paid promptly and I've had a few email exchanges - so this is a legitimate business which on occasions seems to be able to work in a professional way. The communication seem to be the big problem.

I've ordered from eBuyer for over a decade and always found them to be a very reliable company. I ordered a printer which was defective and I wanted to return it (first time I've had to do this). I started the process on their web site and was given a number to call. I spoke to Joe Singleton in the Tech department who was very helpful and explained the process. It could not have been easier!

I wanted to leave TalkTalk and informed them via live chat as I am quite deaf and struggle to use the phone. I explained this and their response was to phone me to ask why I was leaving. I wrote confirming that I had now terminated my contract with them, saying I was deaf and they continued to phone me every day asking why I had cancelled the direct debit. Every time I said politely that I could not hear clearly and hung up. They then sent me a text asking me to phone them. This went on for weeks. I wrote to them 5 times and eventually got a written reply acknowledging that I was no longer their contract. I am a retired, deaf widower living on own and TalkTalk caused me a lot of unnecessary anxiety. If they were half the price and twice the speed of other providers I would not use them.

I asked for my service to be cancelled - they seemed unable to understand this and kept billing me long after I had switched to another ISP. I have deafness and tinnitus and so asked for them to communicate by email or letter. Their response to my repeated verbal and written requests was to phone me or text me telling me to phone them. This went on for weeks

Easy to use web site especially after ordering an item such as a basic you are shown what else you need such as traps and fitting kits.

Quite easy to use and the final result when posted on Zoopla and Right Move is the same as if you were paying a high street agent.
The contact I was appointed at Tepilo, (Adam Rowe) was excellent, keeping me informed and giving me nudges when needed.
