When specific instructions are left to leave in a secure place do not just leave the item on the doorstep in full view of anyone passing by. Very lazy delivery driver.

Very good experience
Very happy from first going on the website to delivery. Kept me very updated and very pleased with my phone. Not the cheapest available but at least the phone was in stock unlike other suppliers. Very pleased with the GiffGaff sim sent with the phone very good value plans on offer.
