Half my tablets were not included in the pouches ( the whole point of using PillTime) They were sent separately 😡

Very poor communication. They have an app but no way of contacting them or confirming your meds are on the way or even been dispatched. A simple email would be enough. Also meds always arrive at last minute not allowing for unforeseen situations such as delayed deliveries.

Unfortunately for the second time you did not include my metformin tablets in the sachets! You sent them separately in a box. The whole point of using your service is to have the tablets in the daily sachets!

PillTime aims to pouch as many medicines as possible, but sometimes, prescribed items may not be suitable for pouches as they might need to be more stable.
In addition to this, PillTime works best when we receive your repeat prescriptions for all your regular medication at a similar time, for the correct amount for your 56-day cycle duration. We see that the amount of Metformin was for 28 days so were unable to include this in your pouches. Please contact the surgery to arrange for them to increase the amount of Metformin so it is for a 56-day period.
Once we receive the revised prescription we will be able to include it in your PillTime pouches.
Ordered birthday flowers for a specific date. Added a card and chocolates under the extras prompt but the chocolates were delivered the next day NOT when I requested! Even though I spotted the error prior to delivery moonpig did nothing to rectify the issue

Swinton Roadside assistance cover is a shambles! I cancelled my policy and went with Green Flag. When I broke down they sent roadside assistance fairly quickly but I had to wait 3 hours for recovery. They simply don’t have enough resources.
