Cancelled my order

Cancelled my order, with no explanation, order had been confirmed and payment made. Said item was still in stock on line, despite trying to contact them. Mobile permanently switched off and no on line response either. Avoid .

For the price and postage

For the price and postage, I would have hoped to have received a larger sample of wallpaper, mine did not include the border, which was one of the main reasons for ordering it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review with regards to your recent order.

I'm very sorry you're unhappy with the sample you've ordered. Unfortunately, with larger designs such as this, it's impossible to send the full pattern as the pattern is larger than the sample.

The samples are sent primarily for colour/texture reference and so that you can arrange a paint match etc.
