I'd never heard of or used Laptops Direct before and I'm naturally a bit skeptical. But, I got the item I wanted the very next day, perfectly described and in perfect condition.
I got an LG 27GL650F monitor for my PS5 which is just as good as I hoped after reading online reviews.
Laptops Direct provided a perfect service, can not complain at all.

Customer service is a disgrace.
I've been a subscriber to the Game of Thrones collection for over two years... All along paying an additional £1.50 PER ISSUE (x 60) for "premium upgrades" (*free* dragons).
The final dragon was supposed to be sent with issue 60 but never turned up. well over a month on, they say it is out of stock...
"Out of Stock" is a VERY Common excuse for this company, even though I've been subscribed for over two years? strange.
They've charged me all along and taken the money every month, but haven't provided what I've paid for and "CUSTOMER SERVICE" don't bother to respond to any emails, and only ever a generic response over Facebook message with no useful information at all.
As for their shop orders... Well, their promise of "free next day delivery" turns into two weeks...
They treat their customers like fools.
