£400 Cash Back, Be-Aware

We just recently bought a high performance mobile workstation ( Laptop ) from HP UK, on the pretext that we will be claiming up-to £400 back because that seems to be a good deal. But it turned out to be too good to be true, you are only looking for a max of £200 quid, in our case for a laptop that was more than £2000, we only got £186. So don't be fooled.

Dell Hardware is no good

Dell Hardware is no good, but their customer service is excellent. On the other hand HP hardware WAS good, but customer service was horrendous. Now both HP hardware & customer support are worst of its kind, no literature can describe, because no words are yet invented to describe HP poor hardware & specially worst customer services.

No more buying it from HP, going back to Dell, because ifvsometbing goes wrong, atleast their customer service is reachable & workable bunch, unlike HP, suicide is a better option.

Over priced

Over priced, will never buy again. Better competitive products with better price available. For some reason I couldn't find them at the time of purchase.

Metro Bank Going down the loo

I am a customer of Metro Bank. Once upon a time Metro Bank used to have excellent service, now its gone down the loo. I have now set appointment with another bank hopping that at-least this new bank will be better then Metro.

If you want one stress less in your life, do yourself a favour, go to a different bank to open your account, not with Metro Bank.

HP that video of lady taking quarter of…

HP that video of lady taking quarter of screen with video on your UK online store is not a great idea, I repeatedly close that window, but still showing up, who ever had designed this website should have some user journey training & some sense of artyistery, both non existent, look at dell website, neat & clean user experience, HP thumbs down.

JLP service levels are going down the loo

I have used JLP Card for almost 10 years now, recently my card was blocked by JLP, stating that its been compromised, when asked how, they were unable to answer, reason for that was in my opinion because there were 3x declined payment attempts by myself, where there was a keyboard mechnical issue, & one number was getting typed twice. they locked it, issued me a new card, had to go through the hessale of registering my new card across my subscriptions, where I pay my monthly subscriptions, took me a day.

When it comes to adding my card on Amazon & eBay, both sites were unable to process my new card, because I was getting an error message that...

..."This Card Cannot be used, as we do not hold required details for your Partnership Card Account"

Not even getting to OTP screen, this message is before OTP.

This above message is comming from JLP / Master Card not from Amazon / eBay.

Now I am gobsmacked, including JLP support, They held all my info for 10 years, now because they have isued me a new card, they just suddenly for got my details.

What a shame.

I have now decided that I will be clearing my balance by end of this month & will say good buy to JLP / Master Card for good & move on to different service provider.

Good luck on that JLP

So I bought this Samsung TV from John…

So I bought this Samsung TV from John Lewis Kingston on 26th of September 2021, at the time of purchase, I was made aware that if I buy a Samsung Sound Bar I can claim 50% cash back on sound bar.

I went ahead & bought the sound bar (more expensive then TV) as well along side the TV.

I must admit that Samsung HW-Q950A/XU is impressive, there is no dought about that.

What I missed at the check out is to ask how do I claim 50% cash back? Didn't thought about it untill two weeks later TV & Sound Bar both delivered.

Now I realised that I have no information, as how to do it, so went back to John Lewis Kingston Branch to ask, how do I claim 50% cash back, I was going from one person to another, none was helpful, then a week later I went back again, same problem, I was handed over from one person to another, no one had got a clue what I am talking about.

Then called John lewis Customer services, same problem, some half dozen calls some 20 different advisors, no one got a clue, what to do?

Finally I got hold of some one who had dealt with this sort of thing recently, but now there is a new problem, the promption is expired. But he advised me a link to submit a claim on samsung website for review & explain every thing as what happened, week later that reply came back from samsung that it's John Lewis problem not Samsung.

So I came to this conclusion that Kingston branch was very quick on selling me £2479.00 of TV & Sound bar then there is no ownership afterwards.

Now you know, what my experience is?

You have been warned.

John Lewis Kingston Thumbs Down, never had such a experience, you were always my go to place, bought a lot of stuff from Kingston Branch, now I am thinking twice.

Avoide EBuyer, I am raising dispute with bank.

I am trying to contact customer services for past two days & since unable to contact, phone just rings & rings, no reply to my email to helpdesk either & I am still waiting for the item to be delivered, extremly poor service, As I am unable to contact them, I will raising a payment dispute with my bank.

I would say, utterly usless people, will never every buy any thing from them, any reviews you may be reading that excellent, I believe are all fake reviews, don't believe them, my experience is an example of this poor business service.

Not very pleased the way I am being …

Not very pleased the way I am being treated. I was a customer of ESURE for almost 8 years. Now I received a renewal notice which was out of proportion in terms of price.

I went on to ESURE website my self spent 15 minutes to get a quote. Got the quote 20 quid more from last year which is reasonable.

I did called customer services. The service level & quality of customer services has gone down.

I am not saying that ESURE is bad but customer services no Good, no where near what we were use to in the past.
