Review of PayPal
PayPal can not be trusted. Multiple unauthorized charges to my account that they allow a will not refund or stop. They won’t close my account so I had to remove all card and funds. Do not use PayPal.
Review of Scribd
Scribd just charged my PayPal account, unauthorized. PayPal is doing nothing about it. I have no clue what service Scribd provides.
Update:
They asked me to submit a ticket, which was done multiple times 2 days ago.

Review of Planet of the Vapes
I ordered a vape that didn’t ship for way longer than they claim it will. I cancelled before it shipped and bought one locally. They refunded me quickly. A few weeks later the cancelled order showed up. I emailed them and the response from customer service made it sound like I was in the wrong.
I won’t order from them again. Everyone I speak to will also hear about my negative experience.

Hey Nick, I see that we cancelled the order as soon as you requested us to, however it had already shipped, and once an order is in the mail we're unable to cancel it. I'm very sorry if you felt that you were made to feel you were in the wrong, as that is absolutely not the case, and we'll take this forward as a training point for the member of staff involved.
