After reviewing two options for my daughter's temporary coverage while returning home to the US for the holidays, I called the customer service line and got a real person quickly. Cam was very helpful and explained a couple of things I was unsure about and emailed me links with more information. This enabled me to make a quick purchase with a product I knew was right for my daughter.
