I recently ordered from Habitat – Home to Pet Supplies and had a really positive experience. We ordered two bags of kibble, but I received an email letting me know that they only had enough stock for one bag due to incorrect advertising.
Kate contacted me directly with a solution and quickly arranged a replacement for the second bag. In good faith, she also refunded the shipping. Her quick response and excellent customer service really impressed me.
The delivery was also very fast – it arrived in just 3 days.
