A refreshing experience

What I really appreciated during my conversations with Rosie, was how upfront and honest she was. She explained the process very clearly, demonstrated how they differ from their competitors and gave me entirely transparent coatings/pricing. I would genuinely recommend having a chat with Rosie if you’re keen to sell your property quickly. The other companies I’d spoken to were worlds away from the honesty and professionalism shown by Rosie.

10/10 customer service

I’ve been using Bedding Envy for a few years and have felt compelled to write a review in respect of their customer services. The products are superb quality and very reasonably priced. On my last order one item didn’t fit, I messaged customer services and they replied within the hour asking for more information and outlining a solution. They then sent a replacement item out that same day, which was received the following day. The new item was perfect. What struck me was how much the customer services team genuinely cared about their customers. The speed to which they responded, the solutions offered, all really showed that they would do whatever was necessary to maintain a strong customer relationship. My thanks to Mich for being an absolute star and for helping me with my issue. Well done team!

So far so good!

So far so good! The magnesium and ashwangada has helped me sleep pretty much every night since I’ve started taking it. Previously I would be lucky to get more than four hours a night, but now, I’m getting between seven and eight. Very happy with the service ♥️

I love Mixtiles

I love Mixtiles! Ordering is super easy and the tiles turned up within just a few days. All of my tiles were packed carefully and arrived in perfect condition.

I ended up speaking to customer service regarding the colouration on 12 of my tiles. In just three minutes the team had reviewed my issue and provided me with a code to get replacements at no charge.

I really cannot fault Mixtiles and would highly recommend them to anyone.

It’s arrived!

Ordered my hoodie two weeks ago and it has arrived! Communication was a little below par but the product is great. I hate anything tight around my neck and BP hoodies are the only ones I can find that don’t strangle me! I’m very pleased with my purchase, just going to have to hide it from my son so he doesn’t “borrow” it! 😜

Wow. Just wow. I’ve never experienced customer service like that as provided by Fortnum & Mason. They are the epitome of excellence and demonstrate a genuine care for their customers. The product range is expansive and fairly priced. But truly, if you want to see just how much the customer is valued, shop at Fortnum & Mason, you’ll never look back.

Really great service and the glasses…

Really great service and the glasses were stunning! Just a shame my naughty cat decided to get onto the kitchen table (where she’s not allowed) and actually push the entire box onto the floor! Thankfully only one broke so I now have five lovely glasses, not six 🤦🏼‍♀️

I would highly recommend Drinkstuff, I would not recommend having a cat 🐱 (just kidding, she’s great when she’s being good!)

Leading by example

**UPDATE**
All of my items were delivered on Good Friday, the delivery team were amazing and clearly worked very hard to ensure orders were fulfilled. The product itself is second to none, excellent quality and exactly what I was hoping for. Bravo team, you've got a customer for life!

My order was due to arrive on the 4th of April and after contacting the customer service team, I was advised that OFH had parted company from their logistics team and that there would be a delay. I called again two days later to ensure that I would get my items by Good Friday and was advised that they had been collected but delivery could not be guaranteed.

After calling for the third time, I spoke to the Company Director who advised me that almost everyone from the customer services team had Covid and was very unwell. Given the rates of infection at present, this is entirely plausible. That aside, he promised me that he would review my query and he would not go home until he had resolved it and called me back. I was very surprised to indeed receive a call at 17.15 today to say that despite a valiant effort, my order would not be arriving until Easter Sunday. This was purely down to the logistics team who were doing their very best to fulfil orders.

So, why am I giving a five-star review when I haven't had my items and there has been a delay in delivery? It's because of the manner in which I have been looked after. Mr Kohli, the Director, did not have to call me back, he did not have to roll up his sleeves and join the customer services team to help customers such as myself but he did. He leads by example and has done everything in his power to manage my expectations and apologise sincerely for not meeting my deadline of delivery.

I cannot think of another example where senior management has gone above and beyond to keep the customer happy and for that, I award the five stars with pleasure.

Keep doing what you're doing Mr Kohli and all best wishes to the team for a speedy recovery.

Superb customer service!

I had originally ordered garden furniture from another supplier, which was promised to arrive in April. It was delayed three times without so much as a courtesy email to apologise so I cancelled the order and found a replacement product with Maze.

The difference in customer service was staggering. I really cannot thank the team enough for their continued communication regarding delivery dates. All of my furniture arrived on time and in beautiful condition and has clearly been made to an excellent standard, far better than expected.

I will continue to purchase products from Maze and would highly recommend them.

Fabulous customer service and product range

I was initially slightly sceptical in purchasing blinds online but I have to admit, Blinds 2go has exceeded my expectations. The blinds are cut perfectly and were so easy to fit.

The most important factor when purchasing from any company is the level of customer service and Melanie from Blinds 2go could not have been more helpful. She was polite, professional, and dealt with my query swiftly and efficiently. She even made me laugh which is no mean feat!

I intend to replace all of the existing metal blinds in my home with wooden blinds and I will be using Blinds 2go for each and every one of them. Fantastic service from a fantastic company, bravo!

Fantastic customer service

What a fantastic company, excellent customer service and an incredible range of cards for all occasions. I ordered several cards and they all arrived in one very pretty, carefully packaged box.

I’ve cancelled all my other subscriptions for card providers and will be using Thortful from now on.

I've used Skiddle many times to …

I've used Skiddle many times to purchase tickets and the process has always been completely seamless. The website is easy to navigate, I was able to find the tickets I wanted and purchase with ease. Skiddle operate a secure and safe website that is protected, which is reassuring. Tickets can be downloaded directly onto their app or pdfs can be printed.

A great website and service, I would definitely recommend Skiddle to anyone looking for a secure place to purchase tickets.
