OK.. Second time lucky.

There was originally an issue with my order, I called up the same day within a few moments, changed the order to the correct one. OK the lady said on the phone that the item was in stock, which later on I was told the item wasn't in stock but they've ordered one to arrive by Thursday. The item arrived at my home on Thursday morning at 9am. 9AM! I know Matthew said I would get priority mail, but not even I have had parcels arrive at my property that early in the morning. I am grateful to AWD-IT for sorting the issue with the order and ensuring it arrives at mine at the earliest convenience. I'm sorry for my previous review.

Note to anyone, do not let emotions stop you from posting a positive review where and when it's needed.

I accidently purchased the wrong Lost…

I accidently purchased the wrong Lost Vape. I contacted Ecigone the moment the transaction completed. The person that I was talking to claimed the one that I originally wanted was no longer available and that it could not be changed. They claimed that they changed the stock level of the one I wanted to "sold out" in which I have been repulsively checking on a daily basis only to see that it is still available. Consider me disappointed. This isn't my first purchase with Ecigone, as I have made a number of purchases in the past. But this will certainly be the last time I purchase.

Under normal circumstances, we’d have happily swapped the colour for you. Our team explained the situation and asked if you were happy to keep the original choice, and you kindly confirmed that was okay. You also asked about other colours coming in, and we offered to help with that too. From the conversation, it seemed like things had been resolved, so I was surprised to see your review say this will be your last purchase.

Item was exactly as requested and from order to delivery was within a working day which is of course due to whom Mobiles.co.uk use as a service which will differ from where you're located. Help chat is fast BUT...

Help chat is fast, but the reason for my review is I completed all steps for the referral bonus and I got nothing. Absolutely naff all. And when complaning to the help chat, they claim that not everybody gets it despite completing all the steps. WHICH IS FALSE ADVERTISING. Then when I asked for the part of the terms and conditions where it says that not everybody that completes the referral, gets the referral reward, they claim "The terms of any bonus are tied to the specific referral link at the time it is sent" yet I completed the referral bonus terms within 5 days of signing up. So there's no excuse. I was planning to use Monzo as my main account having every dime I own to go into it, all direct debits coming from it etc, but they lied about the referral and now I cannot trust them.

Just stop doing online orders

How Iceland gets away with sending substitutes that does NOT relate to your purchase in the slightest is beyond me. Ordered chicken breasts and because they didn't have them in stock, it was replaced with 2 fresh broccoli... Like wtf am I supposed to use that for?!
I've also changed my order on that day and im still waiting for the cash that im supposed to receive back. Im a type 1 diabetic so im conscripted to specific meal plans. I need that cash back to continue my routine... Tick fugging tock Iceland... Also, don't ever expect a reply back to this. As that's not something they do!

So they underpaid me for an item…

So they underpaid me for an item claiming it was one of two things. Let em explain. I went into CEX yesterday to sell a graphics card, the more specific Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 OC Gaming Edition and at first they offered me £422 so I accepted at that point. They tested the graphics card, came back fine except the price was lowered to £368 and the reason was because it says it's the other model -gaming version. How here's the joosie bit. I got home last night and searched my Amazon previous orders and low and behold, IT WAS THE GAMING EDITION. Yet I've been forced to take lower in payment because the idiot testing it got his own wires crossed... What to do from here? I have an account with CEX and I have had this account since I was 19 or so. I'm 34 now so it's been some time...

FirstDon't subscribe to this company.

First, my services did not show up at all upon paying for it.
Second, it shows me as a free user despite paying for a year.
Third, even in My Billing it doesn't show up, not even in the installs page.
Forth, there's no option to get a refund.
Five, despite messaging via email, I have got NOTHING back off it.
Six, the funds are stuck in pending with my bank so until they decide to get it out of pending, I cannot request a chargeback on my account which I WILL be doing because I'm sick of all of this.

There was a Reddit post stating just how much of a scam this was and I chose to give the benefit of the doubt to the company and that is my fault for putting in trust to a company I've never heard of.

Peak of beautiful

All the flavours you inhale are on point, tasting real good. I was hesitant to trying a new company because I have purchased vapes in the past and been let down by their tastes, but these ones taste incredible. You're given more than enough pods to go into the Titan brand if anyone wishes to get those. These ones are my favourite.

Thanks to my ex

Thanks to my ex, she ruined my credit history, so nobody would trust me with a contract phone. I was called by Josh, then by Aaron, both of which provided an excellent service which under their instruction became clear, quick & easy. I promise to stick with this company in the future. However, they did call originally off a 0333 number which I never usually answer due to it being scam callers 99% of the time, but this time, I answered and I am glad I did. However, I have to give this a 4 star for now, until I see that my old sim only contract is paid off as told by Josh. I will revisit once that has been taken care of. Regardless, I appreciate the time you have given me and I hope you two have a nice time this summer because lord knows you deserve it! Thank you guys.

Firstly

Firstly, they ditched the last guy to collect my order, then proceeded to put someone else to collect it, then, he parked up outside somebody else's address with my order for 20 minutes before delivering... It took overall 1 hour and 43 minutes to eat a stone cold meal. Thanks for absolutely nothing UberEats. I will NOT be using you again.

SCAMMERS! Avoid this company at all costs. They make you feel like you've been given a good deal on clothing and item-wear for the housing options and yet they give a fake email address for customer service and do NOT give a tracking number at all.

JUST DONT

Absolute con artists.
They attempt to sell you something, you spend weeks through email transfers with them stating “it will come I promise” for the “parcel” to be a scam envelope that prevents you getting your cash back. Well I got my cash back!
Not only that, but they claim that a new parcel will be sent out then cancel the email address that they’re communicating from.

Avoid this company at all costs

It’s alright.

Okay this could have been a 5 star review. However the package arrived with very little padding to help secure the interior of the device itself. The package also arrived with 0 power in it so to be used, I had to instantly put it on charge. The device may have been restored to factory restore settings but it seemed to already have the Home Screen on it without the need to sign in. Which takes the excitement out of purchasing a new device. Other than that, it powered on after a little charge, the delivery was subtle and quick, the parcel had no damage done to it and overall it was a pretty decent purchase. I’ll buy again if they can promise to package the device up better next time.

Okay the only reason I gave 3 stars is…

Okay the only reason I gave 3 stars is simply because you choose to use Royal Mail to deliver their parcels. I paid for 24 hour tracked delivery and didn't receive my items until 6 days later. I'm beyond upset by it. The time it took to process and dispatch the order was pretty decent though so I cannot fault that, but lose the Royal Mail as a delivery provider.

The ipad has an image burn at the…

The ipad has an image burn at the bottom of the devices screen. The touch responsiveness isn't the best so sometimes it'll stop reading my touch and then resume on afterwards. It looks great though, no scratches or anything so that is something I cannot complain about but what really drops this rating is the burn and unresponsive touches. They rated this B and it isn't a B.
