The test kit arrived quickly and was easy to use (without help). The results were back within days and showed more issues than I had anticipated finding. We then discussed what items to cut out or limit and I have seen a vast improvement to my issues which were being caused by intolerances to certain foods.

Problem with rose gold jewellery set which I had left to be cleaned. Came back to collect advised me that they hadn't been able to clean it as it was in fact faulty but had already ordered a replacement for me. Even honoured the price difference. Very pleased with how the matter was dealt with.

Very easy to book. Sadly my trains were cancelled due to a strike. I called them and spoke to someone straight away and she dealt with the problem and refund there and then. Very impressed with the customer service.
