food is great but Ana who served us was very very rude told us teh dryers were closed at 9 pm when the advertised closing time was 9:30. She explained everything had already been taken and there was one pie l ft without explaining what flavour the pie was. Just unecessarilly surely. Other staff member was fine and has been great every other time we have visited

Dodgy subscription model that when you try to cancel the subscription it asks 5 times if you are sure you want to cancel the subscription. I shall be writing to British Ventenary Associtikn and the Kennel Club about your practices and sending the screen shots I have taken of the practices you employ to keep people subscribed which is shameful

Just unbelievably rude and cretinous service. They go out of their way not too help and seem to have a system of passing people in other teams. I along with 30 other Tesla drivers in just one garage have been waiting 6months for parts. This problem is just one garage I dread to think what it is like across the country. Buy a polestar the service is better and the charging points are coming. Elon Musk has a rude awakening coming unless he sorts this out. Maybe we should complain on Twitter and he might actually listen and do something about it.

Ripped off for £315 for two tickets to the Killers and given a two hour slot to pick up tickets from a mailbox etc that would not stay open even though phoned in advance to say train was late. No refund and no record of ticket number to be able to reprint tickets. These guys are unregulated scum bags do not trust.
