We have used Wilson's blinds for many years now for 'made to measure' blinds. They have an extensive range of quality products at competitive prices. We had some problems with our recent order as when the blind was delivered it did not match the sample provided beforehand. This took a while to sort out but customer services could not have been more helpful. They provided regular updates. In the end we ordered an alternative, cheaper, fabric and Wilson's were very prompt in giving us a refund. All in all we are very satisfied with the service given and with our new blind.

I love paper maps and buy all my OS and Harveys maps from Dash4it. They are also the best supplier for Cicerone walking guides. They are the cheapest I have found on the internet and with immediate despatch on ordering and Royal Mail first class / 24 Tracked delivery (free assuming you buy the requisite amount) you receive your goods very quickly. If a map is not in stock, in my experience you will still receive your order within a few days. Overall superb service.

For many years now I have worn Bridgedale’s Base Layer Liner Socks under a pair of thicker walking socks when wearing my walking boots. They are comfortable, fit well and are superb at transporting moisture away, keeping the feet dry and comfortable: particularly good on long multi-day walks. I have had two pairs on the go for many years (wearing out two pairs of walking boots in this time!), so they have proved to be incredibly durable. I recently treated myself to another two pairs and was very pleased with my purchase. However, while walking Hadrian’s Wall Path recently, one of these new socks wore through at the heel. Noting that Bridgedale offer a lifetime guarantee on their products, I contacted them and by return they sent me 2 new pairs. Excellent service in my opinion!

DPD notified me early yesterday morning of impending delivery due later in the day. Shortly after the planned time of delivery I had another e-mail to say the parcel had been delivered, and signed for, with a picture of the parcel on my doormat..... except it hadn't been delivered to my house and the picture wasn't my doormat! With help this morning from the sender contacting DPD, it was established that the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour down the road (No.5 instead of 4) and the parcel was still on their doormat. It clearly had not been signed for by anyone other than the driver. What an abysmal service!

Ordered a pair of Leki poles from Outdoor Clothing, pleased that they were the cheapest I could find on the web even with the cost of next day delivery included. The next day DPD notified me of due delivery time and later informed me they had delivered my parcel with a photo of the parcel on my doormat..... except it wasn't my doormat! I contacted Outdoor Clothing by e-mail that evening and promptly the next morning had a response saying that they would follow up with DPD and that I could make another order with alternative 'next day' courier. Shortly after this Outdoor Clothing followed up with a map they had obtained from DPD showing the house DPD had delivered the parcel to. It was a neighbour down the road... and fortunately for me the parcel was still in their porch. What excellent service from Outdoor Clothing: very prompt and extremely helpful. Thank you very much: you will be my first 'go-to' for 'outdoor' products in the future. I cannot recommend Outdoor Clothing enough.

Absolutely superb service. The hedgetrimmer I bought was the lowest cost I could find on the web and on top of that I got Howe Tools' free next day delivery. What's not to like? I'll be visiting their website more often.

Always my 'go-to' company for OS maps. However they also provide excellent service selling outdoor gear. I ordered some Bridgedale walking socks on 5 May and received a message by return explaining that they were out of stock but they expected them in the warehouse within 3-5 working days but may be slightly longer. I was pleased to receive my socks on 16 May.

Just received my North Face 3 in 1 jacket back with the main zip replaced. Although I have had the jacket for a number of years now, it was in good condition apart from the zip failing. For less than a third of the price of a new coat, LSR have replaced the zip - and what a superb high quality job they have made: it's like new! ...And all done within 4 weeks from receipt of the jacket (when the original quote was 10-11 weeks). I am so pleased with the service provided by LSR and will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Ordered 200 roll fold leaflets late on Wednesday with free 2 day delivery so was given delivery of following Monday. However I was delighted to get them early - on Friday morning. I am very pleased with the quality of product and at a competitive price.

Excellent service from Marks Electrical. I ordered a cooker hood on Sat 14-10-23. I could have had it delivered on Mon 16-10-23 but elected for delivery on Tuesday. Ordering was straightforward and communication between ordering and delivery was good. Delivery was made by Zak W and Etjens S at the notified time. They were pleasant, careful and were keen to leave the item in a position where it wasn't blocking the way through the hall. Product was competitively priced. Marks Electrical would definitely now be my first 'go to' for any other appliance.

Comprehensive range of board games available at very competive price - even with DPD next day delivery. So I received the games I wanted within 24 hours of ordering at minimum cost. What's not to like? I'm one very satisfied customer and will definitely be using Games Lore again.
