Did exactly what I asked for quickly and efficiently.

Delivery was made on time without hassle. Delivery gentlemen were very polite and efficient.

We were foot passengers and found the booking and crossing easy to use. The rooms were clean and more than adequate. We upgraded on board coming back as we didn’t think we could manage bunks very well. Brasserie breakfast very good and reasonable. But one huge criticism the Rotterdam return shuttle bus. The stop is not marked so we had to find another passenger to ask (it’s the first on the left as the busses enter the station). The shuttle bus was 90 minutes late. If it hadn’t been for a regular passenger telling us it was always late we’d have taken a taxi for fear of missing the ferry. Other passengers told us the lateness was common. In contrast the hull shuttle bus was on time.

We hired a car at Chania airport Crete. The shuttle to/from the airport was short and quick. The vehicle was immaculate on collection. The staff very helpful and spoke excellent English. In the middle of the holiday we needed to add another driver and the very helpful staff were able to do that over the phone.
Return of the car also very quick and efficient. Thank you.
