One Man band ?

One Man band ?
Whilst Garolla is a National company, you are essentially working with your local franchised installer, who can be very busy and unable to provide any support after initial installation.
Door was installed in 2024.
Initially the door was able to be lifted up by enough for a person to crawl under, it took over a month for Garolla to return to fix the door. Currently I have a minor outstanding problem that has been awaiting an Engineer for over 2 months.
I would not use Garolla again.
There will probably be a standard Customer service reply to this review.. contact us etc.. I have.. check your outstanding unresolved fault requests!

Ultra fast delivery, great price

I purchased an item on a Saturday, it was delivered for free on a Sunday. Amazing job SBP.
Summer boots were £160 reduced by SBP to £120. Then applied a Bennetts bike social voucher. So total cost £99, great deal, great delivery.

Great Staff, Great Store

After struggling to find a suitable rucksack, Paul spent ages talking us through all the available options and we finally settled on one that was eminently more suitable. We then had to struggle through multiple discounts at the till, but Steph made this whole process a breeze. Great job GO Outdoors Plymouth!

Shieldpay new secure banking payments

Received a payment from Shieldpay, quickly and securely. My bank gave me poor advice, about potential fraud, as they did not seem to understand the Open bank protocol used by Shieldpay. So my one suggestion for improvement is that shieldpay publish a few videos about how this works, to give recipients more confidence on this new banking device.

Your order will never arrive

Bought a hat in the Black Friday Sale, and received an order confirmation from Tilley UK.
No hat arrived. Sent a chasing email and received an automated reply that they are very busy. A week later still no hat. Phoned several times, "we are too busy to answer the phones" is the message you receive. Emailed again, still no response. @Alex Tilley you must be so proud of your UK team running your companies reputation in to the ground.
