I saw a good price with Orbit to switch…
I saw a good price with Orbit to switch my fuel bills, online couldn’t identify my gas meter, so I emailed them on Feb 2nd.
They have just replied after 12 days !!!
They obviously don’t want my business

I still haven’t got a bill, I pay an amount every month but this must be voted the worst company in uk.
Spend a lot of time on phone, send so many emails, had so many apologies and still nothing.
Good news, I’ve just been contacted to say my 12 month contract is almost up.
