Customer Service is an Oxymoron for this company

They delivered a Hoover washing machine that was faulty. It was notified with seven days but now almost two weeks later they are waiting for the manufacturer to approve. Meanwhile I am without a washing machine. Customer service is an oxymoron and emailing the CEO was ignored. I would never deal with these people again.

An invaluable and Effective Service

Joy, Phil and the team have been fantastic in having incorrect and misleading Google reviews removed for me. It has taken some time but they have never given up and diligently pursued removal until they were finally accepted. They also understand the frustrations of their clients and are always supportive and informative.

Hopeless customer service at Watford

Hopeless customer service at Watford. Looking at the other reviews can Group 1 not realise that its their customer service that is rubbish. Get this sorted, which is easy and the reviews will go up. That is if they care!!!!
Hahaha! They replied after one whole year!! I have been back in that year and no better and I can't be bothered to list their failings. Never going there again.

Rome Colosseum

Rome Colosseum, Forums and Palatine Hill. Great tour and guide. Lasted over 3 hours and was a full on excellent. Make sure you have comfortable shoes. This tour is a must if you are visiting Rome.

I would like to say how grateful I am.

I would like to say how grateful I am to all the Doctors and nurses A&E staff, Ambulance Paramedics, 999 call handers and support staff at Wexham. In these days of the NHS constantly coming under attack I received nothing but the best care from all concerned. On Monday 18 September I experienced a severe reaction to food that left me incapacitated. My wife called 999 and the call handler was calm and directed her what to do while calling an ambulance. Within 10 minutes, probably less, two fantastic Paramedics arrived who made sure I was stable and then took me to Wexham Park where after a very short wait, maybe 10 minutes I was seen by Doctors and Nurses in A&E who very quickly hooked me up and worked to fully ensure I was stable. Even though I felt OK after about an hour they refused to let me go for several hours while they monitored me as required. Thank you to ALL the team for their fantastic care. I and my wife are grateful to the large number of people who swing into action and because of them I am fine and alive!

Excellent Sales and Click and Collect

Sales at Shrewsbury Ben and Angelika were excellent. Honest video of the vehicle and when we took delivery it was exactly as described. Minor issues are being dealt with without fuss. Click and collect worked well and Mo at Heathrow could not have been more helpful.
A model of how sales should be.

This company is a scam Do Not Use.

This company is a scam. Received a non working telephone after 10 days and then no reply from their returns email, customer Service@ or sales@ or telephone which is unobtainable. They say 23 years of excellence.......in scamming! DO NOT USE

Its a joke! If they bothered to read any of the 6 emails I sent to them they would know that I got the phone but IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!
I want a replacement but they just can't get their heads around it. I guess one bloke in a shed.
As I said before DO NOT USE.

Customer Service is an oxymoron

Customer service is an oxymoron for Currys. Did not do what they said and I ended up getting a product I did not want. A girl from CS then called to see what had gone wrong. I explained that I had ordered by PayPal and the website did not say, when ordering, that returns could not be made to a store if you paid by PayPal. This is fair enough but there should be a warning at the time of purchase as I also have a debit card logged and the money comes from the same place anyway. The CS girl then basically said (without saying directly) that I was an idiot for not seeing the clause at the bottom of the 4th email I had in small print and I had agreed to it. I said that it would be reasonable to be warned at the time of ordering but she was belligerent and in the end I had to stop the conversation. Shocking bad service.
