Boiler servicing. Booked a time slot for today between 8.00 am and 1.00pm. Just been advised that they will be here between 1.00pm and 1.30pm. Poor service. Time to look elsewhere - its not like they are not making huge profits is it? Update. Engineer arrived at 1.13, sat in the van for 10 minutes then knocked on the door. He was further delayed by a telephone call. I challenged him about the timeliness of it and he went stomping off!! I have registered a complaint, but their defence was that they have been busy with emergencies. I suggested to them that they may consider employing more people from their outrageous level of profits.

Review of Sainsbury's
Bought a few items at the Trinity Walk branch in Wakefield. Got shepperded like some stupid sheep into a pen. Sorry, I meant a paying booth. My wife and I were treated like sheep / children when we were chastised by someone from from Sainos for daring to both go into a plastic walled cubicle.
''There is not enough room'' we were told, but strangely we both fit in easily. OK were we less than 1 metre from the person in the next cell, but we were separated by a sheet of plastic.
I will not be visiting them again. I refuse to be treated like an imbecile.

I am a repeat customer at this place and previously have had excellent customer service. Today I turned up for a new tyre fitting, booked via Black Circles to be told to wait outside and that the reception area was closed. That was without prior warning, so I spent 25 minutes outside under a leaking canopy. Its good to protect your employees from Coronavirus etc, but what about your customers? Its not good enough.

New tyre fitting at Gordons tyres, Flanshaw Wakefield via Black Circles. Was told on arrival that the reception area was closed and that I would have to wait outside. In the rain. With no prior warning. Looking after employees (Coronavirus etc.) is a good thing, but what about looking after your customers.
Customer service not acceptable, by a long way.

Outage problems in the last few days. Suggested we needed a new router which arrived, but the old one was working. Had an online discussion with Sifiso, who did not answer my questions and rudely terminated our conversation before I had finished. Appalling customer service with very little empathy. Shockingly rude.

Here we are again. Almost 5 months since I first reported our problem. Courtney from their customer services team replied on this channel on 25th July that someone would be in contact. I am still waiting. I contacted their customer services number today and had to tell them the whole story again. They have promised that someone will contact me in the next couple of days. I am not holding my breath. This is their last chance. The next steps will involve Trading Standards and / or litigation. They are very badly organised to say the least.

Four weeks ago, we had a visit from the Anglian engineer. He fixed the window, but said he needed to speak to his manager about the dripping down pipe. He did not seem to understand how to fit the solution the previous engineer had suggested, Her said he was going to speak to his manager. It must be a complex and technical conversation, because I have heard nothing since. Shocking customer service. They are very good at taking the money though.

Avoid Virgin Media at all costs.Telephone, TV and broadband.
1. Mis-sold the package by a door to door salesman.
2. The engineers were top blokes, but the package was not what I ordered.
3. Getting to speak to customer services is like contacting the dead.
4. Fobbed off by customer services and still did not get my issues resolved.
5. No means of complaint other than writing to them,
What a shower.

I contacted them more than 5 weeks ago to sort out issues with our windows,sofits and guttering. Despite several reminders I have not even had a visit from them. They were keen to take my £8,000 though. Now I am going to take it further.
