They sent me a Mahnung from EWD Inkasso

Looks like these guys are asking to be sued.

1. First something didn't work with SEPA mandate on their (terrible) website.
2. Then I had to pay manually, already with a Mahnung fee.
3. They never noticed that payment and charged me double in the upcoming month.
4. And now I'm contacted by EWD Inkasso with their serious claims lol.

could've been better

It could have matched with trains better.

It could have been included into a super expensive ski pass.

It just works. As transport, you know. Nothing extraordinary.

Gonna sue them.

Keep telling you about my booking, BUK-7532354.
This is a start of the story:

By the laws of my country I won't be able to use those tickets anyhow.
Given that it's entirely their fault - I entered everything correctly - I rightfully demand my money back.

And their silly excuse for a support keeps answering all the same: "We couldn't change the name in the ticket, could you please cancel your booking?" And: "The tickets a non-refundable".
Is that a sore joke or what?

Just finished collecting all the documents to charge them in robbery and fraudulence.
Stay away from them, do not believe any good feedback - they are begging for it in exchange for "points". And tell your friends to be patient - even now we can run into the stone age service.

Re: do not humiliate yourself at least here.
I've entered both names correctly. And saw what happened to the second one right after I payed for tickets.
Your support have already recognized the issue and acknowledged as your fault.
So you owe me.

Dear Denis,

We have reviewed your booking in full and can see that during the booking process, the same passenger name was entered, I have checked with our IT team and they have confirmed that this is not a fault of our system and that the names were simply added at the time of booking. This may be caused by auto fill settings on your computer.

I can see our team has done all they can to assist you. First they contacted the airline to see if a waiver could be processed due to duplicate names, but unfortunate this was denied. Secondly, we attempted to correct the name but the airline would not approve this as it is a total name swap which is not permitted. The airline advised that the only option is to cancel your reservation and sadly these tickets are non-refundable. These are the conditions that are related to your ticket and you can view them any time via our website.

I apologize we were unable to achieve the desired result in this case however, we are restricted to the rules of the airlines.

If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
Brendan

Still waiting for answer from customer …

Still waiting for answer from customer support.
This is no less than an act of fraudulence, I'm talking about BUK-7532354.
In your form for tickets buying on a website there are no passport fields.
Additionally, you mentioned the friend of mine as Mrs myname mysurname in her ticket.
Both these facts are making the possibility of our forthcoming flight at least questionable because according to Russian laws there Must be an exact name and passport information on each ticket. And this is entirely your flaw.
Bearing in mind I bought those tickets more expensive then I could do it on official air company website, I got an email with a link to your website. And it's written there that any "Changing your ticket costs GBP 55 administration fee per ticket" and the same for cancelling.
I will consider this as an act of fraudulence, extortion, not to mention that it's rude and unacceptable user experience unless you will change our info as I asked for in my email to info.budgetair.co.uk.
My friend is in panic about that.
Let's hope we won't spread the word to our friends, followers, to Skyscanner and Aeroflot about this unfortunate misunderstanding.
