Really helpful and practical advice
I had made a mistake on the Silverstone app and couldn’t find my tickets for the Festival. I contacted Silverstone through the app and Lucia responded very quickly with some advice. I needed more help and she was brilliant; quickly resolving the issue and now I am set up for getting in on race day.

Had a problem with opening the locker but it was totally my fault. Rang for help and the guy was really helpful and resolved the issue whilst I was stood by the lockers.

Not delivered by In-Post
I ordered several things and opted for the In-Post delivery service. The items did not arrive even though In-post kept saying they had tried to deliver 3 or 4 times to a local store. They then simply returned the order to LTS.
LTS were very good when I contacted them and reimbursed me very quickly. It hasn’t put me off buying from LTS as they have always been brilliant…. But I will never use In-post again
