Jasper was so helpful, I feel like they emptied the store room getting things for me to try until the fit was just right. They gave great advice on helmets and although the colour I wanted wasn't available in store they arranged for it to be sent to my home.

I bought the personal trainer as I have a very weak pelvic floor, but I think this product is only any good for people with already some pelvic floor control. The exercises shouldn't be allowed down enough for me to be able to relax my muscles fully before squeezing again.

On the bus right now.
Was told it was direct to Bristol but we stopped in Birmingham and parked up for 15min.
Have now been stopped at a service station for over 10min. The driver didn't tell us why we were stopping so we couldn't get off for refreshments but he didnt refuel as he didnt turn off the engine.
