my husband died 14/04/2025 and after 30 emails some direct and some through Resolver, I am still awaiting my refund!!
they send replies @ 4.30am and then say you haven't replied, and keep asking for reference nos when there on the email they send!!!

delivery was just down as am, so we assumed some time after 9am, but they turned up just after 8am and caught us out! both my husband and I have health problems , so need a bit of time to get going mornings, but team were great!
we paid £10 for installation as tumble dryer needed to be wired into an extension to go behind washing machine into socket inside cupboard and was well worth paying as they came prepared with new trailing socket!! thank you Carters!

paid £0.50 for a pdf conversion and got charged £39.90 on top for a monthly subscription!

Yet another surprise ruined!! A good 25%_30% flowers deheaded, with others looking limp!!

Mark the salesman was very understanding and helpful about our needs !

second bad delivery!! no updates!! just febble excuses!!
wasn't something urgent!! one just gets fed up with being told lies!!

we haven't been able to use card!!
they haven't taken into consideration that some old people do not have mobile phones!! waiting for a code to be sent by post in order to access our account is not acceptable!! inspite of informing the operator that we needed to do a food shop, as we only use the credit card online, they could not have sent code by 1st class post, as it is now 4 days and we still have not received it!!!

would like to know if any of the bad reviews are for Amtico signature glint void? floor laid 12/04/2022.
i have had 11 tiles/parts replaced, need at least 7 more replaced! (small cuts and floor still looks grubby)
retailer suggested a fault, picked up a spare tile 21/06/2022 didn't send back to Amtico for testing until 26/10/2022. Amtico say no faults found, but will not say what tests were carried out and will not supply any photos!! also say no other complaints received about glint void?? retailer not responding!!

RIP OFF!! SCAMMERS!!

DID RECIEVED BOTTLES BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED, BOTTLES JUST MARKED AS APPLE CIDER, ONLY HALF FULL, ORDERED PAIN RELIEF! SITE STATED IF NOT SATIFIED COULD RETURN FOR FULL REFUND, BUT NO PAPERWORK ENCLOSED!!!

was very impressed by response and service and the fact that we were kepted informed for first visit, but felt that there we should have been given an updated time
after time slot had expired!

further to my review September 2021 about our Amtico signature floor of what is now 9years old, because it was badly fitted, we have endured 2 weeks of a different retailer that said the floor had to be stripped right back!! the first retailer was classed as a premium Amtico retailer with fully Amtico trained fitters that only lasted the 9 years!! the second company a No1 Amtico retailer fitter turned up 2 weeks ago and more or lest walked out because of the first company's bad job!! a week later they sent a team of 2 who had to chip old floor out and god!! what a mess kitchen a complete wreck!! another fitter god bless him as worked really hard to get sub flooring good! then to day when laying new tiles another fitter joined him and where appliances go did a really bad job!! my husband has problems and we needed them to rewire appliances and put them back walked out!!
how does Amtico rate retailers and fitters! love the product but a fitting is only guarenteed a year, so how can Amtico endorse retailers and state a lifetime guarenteee

had Amtico fitted in Kitchen 8 years ago and it looked perfect! 2 years ago it started lifting and bubbling!! there is no come back on companies in Law after 6 years!! after 5 months, of phoning, texting and emailing, Amtico and the retailers have come out and inspected the floor, and we still do not know the exact reason why!! the Amtico tiles are still great and have 20 year guarantee which is worthless as fitting is only guaranteed for 1 year!! so beware!!

they taste very pleasant and I have started to lose weight!

from start to finish, you took my complaint seriously,
(it was a faulty manufacturing problem with a Russell Hobs kettle) and even though I would have been happy with just a replacement lid, you replaced the kettle and did the exchange at our door, so we were not without a kettle at any time!! first class service!! seeing Russell Hobs did not want to know!!! the driver and his mate were also helpful!!
