Vinted refused to pay my money for an item tat has been delivered They have not got any customer service department that will listen. You just get stopped by automated processes Don’t use vinted they are con artists They promised to pay and have now refused as you get a different contact
Vinted have removed all postal services that allows the seller to have the parcel collected from their home. Used to use Royal Mail and have it collected but they have removed that option now so as a housebound disabled customer, I am no longer able to use vinted. Poor show Vinted, not to consider disabled users
We have had your Black Forest gateaux before but this one was distinctly lacking in cherries. I bought it as a birthday cake for a Black Forest lover and this really failed to hit the mark this time, more like a chocolate cake due to the lack the advertised dark cherry filling. I may as well have bought something from the Tesco freezer department than spend this on something that did not deliver.
I ordered a scooter that I had waited three months for from another supplier. They called me the same day to arrange delivery for the following day. All done within 25 hours. Thank you
I ordered two scooters in April. One was not in stock. I kept being told it would be a few weeks. I requested a refund after three months of waiting as I got the same scooter in 24 hours with another supplier and never got a refund from this company, but was reimbursed by my credit card. The customer service is appalling, they never answer e mails if they know you have an issue and phone calls are blocked by the switch board. I even rang the CEO who failed to return my call. Do not purchase anything from these people unless you have their absolute confirmation that the item is in stock or you will lose you money! You will go through months of pain as a disabled customer. They simply do not care.
Very difficult to understand telephone operators, when you request documents to be loaded you do not enable it on the website so each time I had to call to get the feature enabled on the website

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the experience of uploading your documents and with the level of customer service provided.
We have also listened to the call recordings in question and although all of our agents are English speaking, we did not find that there were any issues with communication during the call as all questions that were raised were answered.
In regards to the documents, we understand you were required to upload the documents again as the initial ones provided were not accepted due to various reasons. As there were documents uploaded onto the profile previously, this may have stopped further documents from being uploaded as they were under review. As a result the documents team were reaching out to ensure the correct documents were provided and provide a new link to ensure you have no issues in uploading the documents.
If you face any difficulties uploading the documents, they can be sent in via email where the documents team are manually able to upload them on your behalf.
We apologise if you faced any issues and will raise this matter with the relevant team to ensure a better level of service is provided.
The customer service is atrocious - the delivery is delayed and the firm have not kept us informed - when you ring to discuss your issues they are very dismissive and rude - they really don't about any impact of they lack of communication on their customers lives - not impressed and I have not even had delivery yet!
The order was literally thrown in a huge box with no packaging to stop it rattling about! Some of the boxes were damaged and I had intended to give as gifts but will not be able to now due to the damagedboxrs
