No problems with the company and very quick delivery, easy return options but the item, a pair of pyjama trousers, size 8, I could have had a weekend for 2 in there! I didn't even need to unwrap them, it was obvious as soon as I took them out of the package, the leg width was enormous and they were about a foot too long. Nice PJ bottoms though. I was very disappointed not to be able to keep them.

Products were excellently packaged and delivered promptly. Unfortunately we haven't yet had the time to start our painting project so I'm unable to be more helpful. But I can't imagine that a company who take such trouble over their delivery would be anything less than 5 star.

I ordered some aftershave for a Christmas present in mid October and had confirmation emails from the company iExclusive. They sent me a Royal Mail tracking number saying the item had been dispatched at 16.21 on 18th October and the money was taken from my account. However the item has not arrived and they are not answering their phone nor responding to e mails. I made the rookie error of not checking Trustpilot first - big mistake! The website is still showing on a Google search so other people may fall foul of this firm. I certainly plan to follow this up in every way possible.

I found it a reliable service, it came on time, the drivers were helpful and the coaches safe and comfortable and I was able to get into Manchester on a day the trains weren't running, so I thought I'd have to cancel an event. This was a Sunday too so I really appreciated it.
