They are also liars. They claim the matter has been resolved but I can confirm it has not. They still owe me a refund and continue to insist this is so, despite refusing to reimburse the return postage for the faulty goods, which is a legal requirement. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Great communications, took time to help with design, and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the end result. Great quality and looks stunning.

May 4th paid £1099 for a sofa. Parts arrived in July but incomplete. Over 6 months later now November, the company advise they cannot fulfil the order, will send a courier to collect the original bits and that's it. Hard luck!! Utter disgrace and overt contempt for me. Their customer service dept is inept, The CEO Alex Simpkin refuses to engage with me preferring instead to hide under his desk in the hope I go away. I doubt this outfit will survive the recession under the stewardship of such cowardly and feckless CEO. I hope not!

The installation was great and professional. The unit works as it should but I did think it was more versatile than it is. It charges at one rate only.
