Technically you get what you pay for
Technically you get what you pay for, but the effort you have to put in is at best questionable.
I guess I can't really complain, since I got the key in the end, but I had to dispute the purchase via PayPal before getting any reaction.
I would not buy from them again, but it will probably work for you, just prepare for a long wait.
