Outstanding Service from Lee O’Neil

Today, Lee O’Neill came to install our broadband, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, Lee was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation was done to the highest standard.

What stood out most was Lee’s attention to detail—he went the extra mile to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left and even gave helpful tips on getting the best Wi-Fi performance at home. His polite and approachable manner made the whole experience stress-free.

Thank you, Lee, for providing such an exceptional service. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and thorough. If every engineer was like Lee, customer service would be flawless!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs

The invoice totals £534 (£445 + VAT) for what was essentially a 10-minute job. This charge is grossly disproportionate to the time, complexity, and resources involved, and I believe it represents an unfair and unreasonable cost.

The circumstances make the situation even more unreasonable: I was in the final stages of vacating my property following its sale and had no choice but to act urgently. I was never clearly informed of the breakdown of costs or given a reasonable alternative before the work commenced, leaving me in a vulnerable position.

Worst customer service

This was the first time in my life I had an eye test and based on friend's recommendation I've chosen Vision Express.
Usually I am not a person who complain and the experience I had in your store was rather poor hence I want to make my opinion.

After an initial eye test the person who involved in selecting glasses doesn’t seems have knowledge and I guess he must be rather junior and someone else might have been work with him at least to guide him ( especially given that I was the first time user)
Subsequent to that experience when I went to collect the glasses today the person who I met checked my receipt and told me there were no records in the systems and after 5 minutes waiting she came up with the finished glasses I selected and didn’t explain anything about aftercare and even gave me far less quality case when I bought Ted Baker brand. In my opinion these people should be properly trained or not to use as client facing staff. This all culminates for me to vent my frustration and I would never ever recommend this unpleasant service to anyone.

Overall very dissatisfied client who probably never ever use service again. Not an ideal service one expect in this modern world.
