Having just moved house and with past experience re giving final (old address)and the new one for gas and electric that never seemed to go smoothly, Adrian was so helpful sorting out the issue before it became a tangled mess as one reading had been incorrectly applied, plus I was switching to a new dual fuel tariff and my new home had had two different suppliers for gas and electric.
Trying to sort it out was not helped via WhatsApp messaging, so much better to actually talk with someone.
Thank you, Adrian. It took a little while but you got us there in the end.
