Waiting time is a bit long therefore 4*. Other than that everything is fine. Pergola looks good and works fine. Survived 80-90mph wind a few weeks ago which is a bonus.

Stay away!

Stay away!! I stupidly gave them a chance despite so many negative comments and it was a big mistake. First, my sim card has never arrived, so I terminated my contract within 14 days period - now they are charging me for staying with them for 8 days- after several phone call, sending emails etc seems to be resolved, but I’m not sure.
But continuing with my madness I ordered PAYG from them, initial tests were fine but now I can’t call any number from a certain UK network having “call failed” message. CS is more than useless - got several txts that issue has been resolved but it hasn’t. Still can’t call people on one network.
It’s been ongoing for several days, no resolution… stay away, don’t loose your time and money. It is cheap for a reason.

If I could give negative marks I would…

If I could give negative marks I would give minus 100 to this company. They were quick collecting our money for custom made awning but they are unable to deliver what they have promised. Installation agreed for August 2020 ( SIC!). despite numerous phone calls and conversation to the managers, still cannot install. Several calls back with updates had been promised - never happened - we have to call them back only to hear that they have a problem which apparently they cannot solve for about one year. Terrible, terrible, worst ever.


Great reply, another excuse not to resolve the issue the way it should have been done. Is it hide-and-seek game? My wife ( account holder) called you multiple times, throught the year and it didn’t help. We don’t care who is account holder, this is our house where the awning should be installed.
First you said you lost it in transport - lie. Than it turned out you lost paperwork ( strangely you didn’t lose our money) and the awning did not go to production. Then obviously you failed to communicate for another 3 months and then we found out from customer care that you had installed the awning - another lie.
You said it was two men job so you needed to train somebody to do it, as you had only one man available - lie?, then you said that the instalator actually left, so you need to find a new one. now you are saying you need to ask someone from England to come and install. Pathetic excuses. Time to call Trading Standards about your practice. One year from order and we are far from ending. Enough is enough.

I think i have to add the update.
After a long battle the installation has been finally completed this week, delayed by one year.
