Will purchase from company in the future and highly recommend to friends and colleagues.

I ordered some heat spreader plates from Direct Heating Supplies.

Unfortunately the parcel arrived with the packaging and contents severely damaged so I had to reject it.

I've tried to reach Direct Heating Supplies by email (no response), web site chat (broken) and telephone (on-hold/no answer).

I'm left without a reasonable route to resolve this and several hundred pounds out of pocket. I hope other people can avoid this experience by using a different supplier.

Direct heating sell good products at a fair price

Goods have not been delivered yet but based on my initial experience of ordering and dealing with my queries the experience has been very positive. They actually have people who listen and respond in a timely manner

Very quick delivery and efficient service.

Contact with Direct Heating Supplies, price and delivery were all above average. The only issue I had was that the cylinder delivered came with a supposedly optional secondary connection that was not opted for or required and has to be plugged.

Ordered and paid for a boiler in August after emailing to check stock and being told they had three available with a 1-5 working day delivery time. Customer service were very helpful, replied promptly and answered all my questions so I had no reason to think there would be a problem.

Within a few days I was having to chase them for a delivery date, that carried on for two months with multiple dates and cancellations. It was a huge waste of my time and my money was sitting in their account the whole time.

Eventually I got a refund and bought elsewhere without any issues, I wish I'd done that sooner and saved a lot of stress.
