Very stressful experience
My son is on holiday in USA and wanted his drivers license shipping over so he could hire a car, he chose wrong when he picked UPS, He paid £50 for a small letter to be delivered by sat I dropped off at at 9.35pm Thursday, still no update on tracking! I’ve called 6 times in all and was told by management in Warrington it would be escalated and it would be picked up first thing Monday! It was supposed to be there by Saturday!! I had to go to the store to check it’s been picked up They said it has but still no update on tracking!! At this rate he will be home before it arrives, just not good enough, it’s absolutely abysmal service.
