The order paid on 7th December, ready to be sent on 11th December is still to be collected by carrier on 18th December. E-mail sent asking to check the situation to the vendor on 13th December still with no answer.
I bought online on the 7th September with option to collect in physical shop, Payment confirmed on that day. Information was that item will be available in shop within 2 working days. On 17th September I finally receive confirmation that item was available in shop after I call to inform that order must be cancelled and refund made considering the big delay in delivery. I have to call again after that to ask again for the refund that was made a few days later.

Order 2017121288830172700935 delayed with no prevision whatsoever. Calling +351 707 501 010 impossible to get to an Assistant to find out what is the problem with the order. Automatic IVR only with no possibility to get a Person to talk to. Send email contact one day ago and no answer from SEUR ... How can I get information on what is happening with my order? No answer.
I have purchase a Kaspersky Key on 14th October (order number 1040718). After Visa payment done I receive information that item is in re-stock 12 hours max. I receive an automatic email in response to contact I have made on 16th October to ask for information about the delay. 5 days have passed since payment and no news to new emails I have sent asking for information. Today, since item is still in re-stock and since I have received no information from CJS CD Keys I decided to ask for the refund on my credit card. I hope they will refund me.
