I really enjoyed my stay at the hospital and hotel. I was looked after very well by Burcin and Selin with great communication every step of the way. I had rhinoplasty surgery by the best surgeon Dr Damla and all the staff at the hospital have all been fantastic. Thank you for all your help, I am very happy.

Never gave me a service book when I purchased the car and also gave me a faulty car key that doesn’t lock or open the car. I’ve been ignored by after sales regarding these issues and Phoebe from after sales lied to say she would sort these issues and have been ignored ever since. So after months of chasing up these issues I still have no service book for my car and still have a faulty key that’s not been fixed. Jason the manager took my personal mobile number and promised to pay for key to be fixed then started sending me persistent messages flirting with me and messaging me late night times to which I had to block his number. So I’ve had my data protection breeched and this place is where I got my first and only car from so I’ve been left worried and concerned to use other dealerships due to GDPR breech from this place and basically being ignored when they don’t want to deal with issues. Also I have been left unable to go back to this place where I got my car from because of the concerns of the manager using my number to flirt with me and after sales staff have ignored all these issues I have told them about. So I would recommend to avoid this place.

Review of Matalan
I ordered items 3 weeks ago, order number 53010946 and still never received my order by the courier. I have chased this up via email with Matalan and have requested to have a refund and I am still waiting for my refund. The items I ordered are school items for my children and in response Matalan have replied they are tracing this with their courier but the email receipt I had from their courier states my items are delayed in delivery but it shouldn’t take 3 weeks to deliver items I have paid for and I am getting no response about Matalan refunding my money when I haven’t received items I have ordered.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund on an item I paid return delivery for. I have sent proof of receipt for the return delivery and still not been refunded.
