I ordered items 3 weeks ago, order number 53010946 and still never received my order by the courier. I have chased this up via email with Matalan and have requested to have a refund and I am still waiting for my refund. The items I ordered are school items for my children and in response Matalan have replied they are tracing this with their courier but the email receipt I had from their courier states my items are delayed in delivery but it shouldn’t take 3 weeks to deliver items I have paid for and I am getting no response about Matalan refunding my money when I haven’t received items I have ordered.
