Callaly is a really useful service👍 I don’t ever run out of pads or tampons as they’re delivered to me👍 Its a bonus that they made from organic, unbleached cotton and the packaging is fully recyclable. If i ever find I don’t need a delivery, i can skip it, that way I don’t end up with drawers full . Its a win win👍👏👏

I ordered just under £100 of products on a Wednesday morning, with next day delivery, as i needed the products for the Friday. I waited in all day thursday and nothing arrived, I received no updates nothing! I eventually live chatted with someone, to only be told that their computer system had gone gown so no orders went out until Thursday and my parcel would be arriving on Friday!! This caused me major inconvenience, having to cancel clients last minute!! Now surely they had mine and anyone else who ordered, email information etc. Could they not have sent out a message letting us all know of the situation?! I just think its terribly unprofessional, and got the impression it was ‘you’ll get it Friday,’ end of conversation ! I was very disappointed as i trained with sienna-x and i love the brand on a whole, but this situation was just lacking in customer care!

I love beauty bay! Especially the next day delivery!! I always spend over £40 so always get it free!!👍🏼😜 I would have given 5* but I was peeved that I spent ages online trying to buy the Jaclyn Hill /Morphe palette, the first time it was in stock, had one in my basket, but it wouldn’t let me log in to check out!! I managed to get one in the restock, but was really upset I had to wait, so that’s why I’ve only given 4*!!!
