MK2 golf broken down

Jason was very polite and listened to the problem.
As a mechanic he agreed with my diagnosis.
Very professional quick safe and damage free load on a busy road
His van was hot (it was cold outside) and clean .
Unload was again on the road and he carried it out very safe and damage free.
He made a bad situation a whole lot better .
Overall very happy with the whole service.

Very smartly dressed, polite, on time.
