Could't get my John Lewis discount on the John Lewis site. Also couldn't put our gift tokens on to the TUI site either, had to drive into our local town to get them put on to our holiday - not happy with that service. Still couldn't get my discount taken off in the shop - as I was told it is a different website ???

Despite not having a new pair of binoculars I was after in stock, Carol on the check out desk was excellent. I ended up with a display pair and 20% discount because of not having a strap with them. Couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you. 😊

Put me onto the best rate they could when I was in debt to Flow for well over £1000. Now in the black - they have paid me back the excess that I had over paid with no problems.
I hope in May, when my contract ends on the deal I am on, that I am offered a good deal when it ends. And I don't have to go elsewhere and Flow is a company that genuinely looks after its customers and believes in loyalty.
