My delivery of my wheel bag was late and to show their appreciation for be ing patient, Hunt reached out to apologise. Not only did Hunt do this (which was nice), they very kindly dropped me a note to say that they would like to send me a Hunt t-shirt - something I was not expecting. T-shirt arrived and I love it...its been washed twice already due to wear!! Thank you Hunt - considerate customer service going above and beyond for which I am grateful.
