The website for contacting owners and arranging bookings works extremely well. I felt assured that communication is clear and that there is always somebody who can help if there is a question or problem. Pricing is clear and everything you need is on the site. Prices are good and fair compared to others that I researched.

These guys are a cut above your regular fast fit depots - they really know their onions (and tyres, exhausts, brakes etc). Fair prices, great offers (MOT for £20 anyone?) and always great service. Courteous and good to talk to about any aspect of your vehicle. 10/10!

The website is very good and there's lots of honest reviews and practical advice about choosing products that I found helpful. They held stock and I received my Nolan N100-5 next day in perfect condition, whereas I'd waited several weeks for rival SBS to obtain the same helmet. Helmet City are now my default choice when shopping on the internet for biking gear.

Arrived on time, fitter did a great job and I got a discount for multi purchase.

Cheap and on time

Nice product at a great price. The only small fly in the ointment was that having paid in full for the TV my son was unable to collect it as he didn't have the card on which it was purchased - leading to a repeat journey. I understand the retailer cannot just hand out goods to anyone claiming to have bought them, but it would be good to make it clear to the purchaser what they need to take to the store in order to collect. Will definitely buy from SD again.
