Smart disaster
We had smart meters installed
April 2022 they did not work.
Eon contacted us July 2023 to say they needed to change them over which they did but still don't work No Signal.
Hence only 3* should be 1 really.

Smart not smart
Customer service is good, all information you need is provided and installation of smart went well.
However the smart meter does not work, no signal in area. WHOOPS!!
Will review product when I know it works.

Had the Greensted 30i now for 9 months …
Had the Greensted 30i now for 9 months , excellent product.
We run 9 rads and towel rail no problem . And hot water all round .
The old he30 model (no name ?) Was just not upto job ,had to run hot water for 2/3 min then it would run cold. Same with shower. Engeers said it was because boiler was in garage it came a long way.
Well guess what . Bosch boiler still in garage and we don't have any problems , instant hot water all round.
