Absolute joke customer service

Absolute joke customer service! Next to non existing. They banned my account. Not explaining anything just auto bot reply and email. Came back to me probably another Ai generated reply after 2 weeks not giving me more info or ways to solve issue. I can see this is issue with big US corporates. They just couldn't care less. One less unhappy customer leaving their business means nothing to them.

Product arrived after 3 weeks of delay…

Product arrived after 3 weeks of delay and i had to contact them where's the issue otherwise it would probably never arrived. The only reason i actually ordered from them is that they advertised about free Dewalt battery with purchased Dewalt product.Catch was though, that you need to register on Dutch website for this promo and after endless emails with Dewalt support they said it will only be sent to selected countries and not to whole EU as Toolnation had stated. Scammers! Avoid!

Customer support is a mess

Customer support is a mess. They have been running cashback on lenses. Bought lens from official online store in Austria. Since i live in Ireland i have registered with Sony.ie. Spent ages filling never ending forms and sent it. Got replay: Can't get cashback as it was not purchased from official stores in Ireland or UK. This is very silly since cashback is running across whole EU. But OK fair enough. So i went to Austria Sony, registered again, filled forms again and got reply i won't be getting anything since i have already applied somewhere else. This is a bad joke. It's only around €100 but from principle this is very bad.

Bought A7R3 plus 24-105 lens from them

Bought A7R3 plus 24-105 lens from them. Delivery was super fast within 5 days. Both boxes were opened though. Delivery address is in Ireland. It comes from Honk Kong so i presume they were checked in customs so no big deal. All is in one piece, works well hence 5*. Will buy from them again.

Prices went up while nothing has…

Prices went up while nothing has improved. Still old interface, hard to navigate. You don't even get free SSL certificate for the price :(.

If you need help with something it takes too long to get email reply. And when they reply you get some generic answer not solving anything, just some link how to do it.God forbid you get them something to do for you. They reply in meaning get web developer and don't bother us. Have my clients on other web hosting site where support was happy to help with anything Blacknight refused.

If you do insist with Irish web hosting better go with Host.ie. Their support is top notch plus they have simple modern interface to navigate through.

If you are ready to pay premium, need 24/7 support, need live chat professional support go with Cloudways.

If on tight budget get any UK hosting for fraction of Blacknight prices and with free SSL. Blacknight used to be good but now they are not up to game.

Agree with other reviewer about annoying email notifications. In fact i would not bother to write this review but since Blacknight insisted there you have it. :)

Since i cannot replay on Eglobal replay i have to write new review. Absolutely nothing has been done to my order, no replay, nothing. My order: ID: #6161628 was placed on 9th of September, lens is still not with me. I have already got in touch with Paypal to get my money back. They have contacted you and even there is no response from you. Not sure if it is ignorance, incompetence or both from your side but im pretty upset about this. Very unhappy customer. Please don't bother to replay if you will not do anything regarding this.

Ordered more than 20 days ago lens for over €500. Still not with me. Zero communication with them, just auto email: 'we will check with courier' BS. Money taken from account from day 1. Absolute joke of service. You have been warned.
