Deep Disappointment with Sushi Quality and Preparation

I'm writing to express my ongoing disappointment with the sushi offerings at your store.
For months now, l've been increasingly dissatisfied with the quality, choice of ingredients, and especially the preparation-most notably the way the fish is cut.
What was once a reliable and enjoyable sushi experience has consistently declined.
Today was especially frustrating. I discovered that Private Selection has now taken over the sushi preparation.
There's no longer any trace of the skilled Japanese staff who used to craft the food with care. Instead, it appears that Ralphs workers, only minimally trained, are now handling everything. This change is glaringly obvious in the food.
My usual go-to-the Big Wave Poke
Bowl with salmon and tuna-was really good in the past but today It lacked essential ingredients, especially avocado, and tasted thrown together.
The California Spicy Roll was no better: noticeably smaller, bland, and nowhere near the quality I was used to when it was prepared by the Zenshi sushi chefs.

Beyond the taste and quality issues, the overall selection has become
incredibly limited. This is more than just a disappointing shift-it feels like you've completely lost what made your sushi offerings special.
I know I'm not the only customer who feels this way, and you've likely lost many regulars because of these changes.

I truly hope you'll reconsider the direction you're taking with your sushi program. It's a big letdown for those of us who used to count on Ralphs for fresh, flavorful sushi with authentic preparation.

The software itself is quite…

The software itself is quite satisfactory. I have been a customer for over ten years. However, on two occasions, I purchased a software download online and was subsequently charged $19.99 for a monthly subscription without my consent.
I requested the removal of my credit card information from their records to prevent any unauthorized charges. The first time, they complied with my request; however, on the most recent occasion just a few days ago, they informed me that they cannot remove my credit card information as long as I continue to use the software, which I purchased a few months ago.
I find their practices to be questionable, and as a result, this will be my final year utilizing their software. I will pursue alternatives that demonstrate greater integrity.

Great place to book last minute…

Great place to book a last minute flight!
I even made a mistake entering the wrong phone number connected to my credit card.
They emailed me in minutes, corrected my mistake and booked my flight for the same day from Los Angeles to Amsterdam in a very short time. I’ll definitely will be using Flight Guru again! Thank you!

I took Flixbus bus for a trip to Italy …

I took Flixbus bus for a trip to Italy up to the Alps from Venice airport.
After my long flight from Los Angeles I was very pleased to find easily the bus.
The service was excellent!
I could easily book it on line in the USA before my trip. The price was also excellent.
I was a little apprehensive because I never heard of that company, but they were there on time. The bus a double decker super nice, the drivers very friendly and helpful. After scanning my QR code on my phone it took me to destination in no time. Very smooth drive on those windy small routes in the Italian Alps.
I was at destination in no time and I was able to use a very strong free WIFI offered on board all the way to my destination. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in Europe ! 5 *****
