Great choice, good prices and good customer service.

I was reluctant to buy online but was convinced by other people who had used the service.

I went for designer frames with varifocals and light adjustment in sunshine. They came within 10 days and half the price of what I would have expected to pay at my local optician.

I will use Glasses Direct again.

I have been using Wilson’s blinds for many years now - we now have all of our house with blinds. Always worth waiting for sales and investing in their insurance, should you get the measurements wrong.

Love the product, price and speedy delivery but the pump did not work and as a replacement wasn’t available finding a new one turned into a bit of a saga. I called/emailed customer services multiple times but wasn’t convinced that they knew which pump was compatible with the fountain, so went elsewhere. All staff were very pleasant.

I placed my first order and realised the following day that I had not got the best discount available and ordered the wrong colour - all my fault. I emailed Sunday morning and was surprised not only to get an immediate response but the best discount was applied and the difference refunded immediately. Mark also changed my order so I received the colour I wanted.

I ordered a planter and realised the following day that I would have got a better deal if I had ordered two. I called Customer Services (does take a while on the phone) who said that the original planter had already been dispatched but she managed to secure the best deal for me and arranged to send a second planter. The team seem to be allowed to make sensible decisions without having to refer everything to supervisors. There was a bit of a mix up with the delivery but it was all sorted and I am delighted with the planters.

The lady who delivers our Hermes packages is a regular and without fail she is cheerful and efficient. Great updates too.

Delighted to receive the bike rack so quickly but very disappointed with lack of after sales service. They are not answering phone calls due to high demand - fair enough - but two weeks later I am still waiting for a response to my email.

Needed new suit for wedding, arrived the following day but was too small, so sent back and ordered larger size which arrived the following day. Absolutely love the suit, great quality,something different, good service and prompt refund on original suit. We normally buy from M&S, but had to go up two sizes on the jacket and waistcoat, but not the trousers All very easy, would recommend and will use again.
