I would give five stars for politeness but

I would give five stars for polite conversations on the phone but dissapointed with the whole unacceptable experience. Ordered more than five weeks ago, website and invoice promises delivery in 3-5 days. No delivery, no communication whatsoever. Every time I call, am told they will send me an email update or a supervisor will call me back nothing at all....

I cannot help but notice that since i posted my comment on their customer service this page has been flooded by a drove of people (high traffic) claiming the opposite.

Trustpilot i know you dont get invovled in disputes. check the amount o posts on here since my last post

extremely poor customer service and bullying tactics

after joining the company as one of their partners (having looked at Which recommendation,) I decided that their packaging and service was not for me. We parted ways and then a month later i realised that they took money from my account. I called and enuired about the issue and they told me its because i hadn't transferred the gas services to another company. i explained to them, that i dont use gas, dont have gas meter and have never paid gas bills in more than 12 years except to my council for annual checks on gas pipes which cos like a £1 every month. It was to no avail. its unfortunate that i cannot record phone conversations to use as eveidence, sure there should be an app somewhere for it. I have send them emails and they do not reply. they send me emails from do not reply accounts. when i was a member, they would reply to my email queries within 12 hours. its a shame that Which recommends them for customer service, a service they only provide so well if there are taking your money. on the last telephone conversation, i challenged them to give me the "ghost" gas meter details of my flat. they refused and told me they would send me an email instead and they never did. i get stressed out with their constant monthly emails demanding money. If there is supposedly gas details entered for my flat when there is obviously no gas meter or usage, then they need to be investigating this or their recuitment partners for fraud.

and i sincerely hope they wont reply to my post asking for further information, my name is unique and enough for them to identify me. they will be able to look me up in their acounts easily. (plus like i asked four months ago, i hope they proceed to delete all my personal information...)

anyway, the message i wanted to send you is below

Thank you so much. I want to apply but I don't know how I can recoup any money for subscription or get any jobs because of Covid. Many businesses are shut or shut down. And I live in Nottingham, in one of the highest infected areas, potentially been put under lock down by government tomorrow which means that I will not be able to travel for photoshooots...

Thank you, but am unlikely to subscribe until the pandemic is over

Unprofessional service. Run away with your wallet

In a nutshell to what is now a long story. I booked my test online on their website. two hours later i rerquested to cancel. They at first refused. After a few days they paid me back and insisted on keeping £50 as admnistration costs. As I have recorded a video of their website, as of now, there are no "terms and conditions" that are clearly visible to users before they pay. and even if you find them after painstakingly searching through their webpage, there is nothing on them about £50 admnsitration costs. and £50 admnistration costs for what? that is unethical. And my exchanges with the male owner through text messages were very unprofessional from his part. You can tell by the companys response to peoples grievances on this page, that he is not afraid to sink low. You need to learn to treat your customers better.
