extremely poor customer service and bullying tactics
after joining the company as one of their partners (having looked at Which recommendation,) I decided that their packaging and service was not for me. We parted ways and then a month later i realised that they took money from my account. I called and enuired about the issue and they told me its because i hadn't transferred the gas services to another company. i explained to them, that i dont use gas, dont have gas meter and have never paid gas bills in more than 12 years except to my council for annual checks on gas pipes which cos like a £1 every month. It was to no avail. its unfortunate that i cannot record phone conversations to use as eveidence, sure there should be an app somewhere for it. I have send them emails and they do not reply. they send me emails from do not reply accounts. when i was a member, they would reply to my email queries within 12 hours. its a shame that Which recommends them for customer service, a service they only provide so well if there are taking your money. on the last telephone conversation, i challenged them to give me the "ghost" gas meter details of my flat. they refused and told me they would send me an email instead and they never did. i get stressed out with their constant monthly emails demanding money. If there is supposedly gas details entered for my flat when there is obviously no gas meter or usage, then they need to be investigating this or their recuitment partners for fraud.
and i sincerely hope they wont reply to my post asking for further information, my name is unique and enough for them to identify me. they will be able to look me up in their acounts easily. (plus like i asked four months ago, i hope they proceed to delete all my personal information...)
