This company DEFINITELY cannot be trusted
There is no zero stars, so I have had to give one star! Having posted a scathin review on August 1st, I received a response on August 4th promising that my situation would be looked into. It is now September 15th and I have heard nothing!
This company mis-sold us two sofas at a cost of £3255. It further mis-sold an insurance policy which they refuse to honour. I will now have to refer the case to the Ombudsman, a service which they claim to subscribe to. We shall see!

This company cannot be trusted to fulfil its promises, to honour its guarantee or to deliver the same quality as is seen in the showroom. Unfortunately, there is no facility on Trustpilot to give a zero or negative star rating. We purchased 2 sofas at a cost of £3000 for onward shipment to our home in France. This was clearly stated when the order was placed. They agreed to deliver to our shipping agent and we were shown examples of their packaging methods to allay our fears about in-transit damage. We were assured that the insurance policy which they sold us was valid throughout Europe, including France, where the group has many outlets. In the event, the quality of the sofas was not acceptable and the faulty workmanship (puckering of the upholstery after two weeks of light use) was acknowledged by the store manager when we provided him with photographs. The complaints procedure on line does not work. We finally spoke to someone by telephone who passed us back to the store. The store manager could not resolve our issue and passed the problem back to head office. After two months, nothing is happening with neither the store nor the head office answering emails. Complaints we were told are now handled at their stores but there is no phone number to ring and they don't answer emails!
