I’ve ordered a dozen times or so
I’ve ordered a dozen times or so , 100 % reliable , quick delivery , average quality but for the price I am definitely not complaining . Never returned an item so can’t comment on their policy but on 1 occasion a couple of items were missing and I got an immediate credit note and reordered the missing items .

Disappointing event !
A rip off , poorly organised event . I bought evening tickets ( on the day the tickets were first released ) for the Saturday which gave admittance at 5pm, there was no daytime or group tickets available then . The place was already packed when we arrived at 5 on the dot , long queues at every Asian food stalls , the few sitting areas were filled by people eating or who had finished eating , they obviously gained entry during the daytime session. The queue at the bars were horrendous with very limited choice. Food ran out very early unless you fancied Italian or Turkish , we ended up having some sort of Turkish kebab standing up and left .

Appalling customer service .
Like other reviews , they seemed to have has a warehouse incident. Which, as a reasonable woman, I understood . My gripe is that despite asking repeatedly for a refund over a period of 3 weeks , I was continuously fobbed off by messages totally failing to address my request. I eventually opened a case with eBay and got a full refund after the mandatory 7 days waiting .
