The correct person

I had an issue with the charger showing incorrect information and it wasn't until I spoke to the third person Gabby that it was resolved.

The sale was excellent value. The shop held a good variety of goods which were not the usual items found in most shops. Polite service.

Octopus an a exceptional provider.

I made an error and did not follow a link to go on a cheap rate overnight tariff. Although I used Octopus on the higher rate they transferred it to the cheap rate. A great response from the best energy provider.

Very disappointing.

We are disappointed with the quality of the dog bed. The padding round the sides is not firm enough and does not stand up, as in the picture. The material is flimsy. Also, there is no means of attaching the bed to the seat to hold it in place. The headrest straps only hold the bag of the bed up.

Dissaponted…

The hotel location was great for the views and most staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good and dinner not so quantity over quality. We think there was a water treatment plant just below venting a terrible smell.
Our rep was non existent my wife has sent you a letter dealing with those issue relating to her. Very let down by you.

We booked our two tickets for a skip…

We booked our two tickets for a skip the line and audio guide for £12:66 each. The guide was bored and all he did was take us the appropriate queue he lacked communication abilities and he disappeared . No audio guide whatsoever. He requires training on how to be decent human being. Not worth the money

Poor customer service

I had a subscription with them and the Biotic product I was using was ineffective, I contacted them requesting a cancellation of future orders. One hour later they still went ahead and issued the item. Their following e-mail did put the onus on me to cancel my subscription but I was otherwise engaged when it came through. They will refund the returned item but refused to pay signed for return postage £4:60 . They lost me and my wife as customers and I do not recommend dealing with them.

I'm sorry to hear you had difficulties with our subscription service and that our product didn’t meet your expectations.

I can see that you contacted us to cancel your subscription on June 28th and we replied within a few hours providing instructions on how to do so. However after checking our system it appears the cancellation request was only made on July 1st which meant that the order had already been processed and shipped out.

Since the order cannot be cancelled once dispatched, we have offered assistance in returning the product back to us for a refund, however we unfortunately are unable to provide return labels or cover the cost of return postage as mentioned in our returns policy: https://purolabs.com/pages/help-centre
